The firm was founded in 2010 by David Gill. David is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, registered to practice in the UK by examination. He has over twenty years experience of both private practice IP law and in-house IPR management and enforcement.

In 2015, David was joined by Victoria who manages the administration and business operations of the firm. Victoria has wide and diverse experience of different businesses having worked for BHP Billiton in Sydney, Morgan Stanley in London and the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.

In 2024, Silas joined the firm. Now a fully qualified Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, Silas brings a new energy to the firm with a background in Computer Science and AI to assist with our client’s needs both in the UK and Internationally.
